Ignition key 2011
2011 Camry
Need a 2nd key, most of the key stores Lowes etc will make a key but not with
the chip in it .
Is there a place where I can get a chip key other than the Dealer, they want $60-70
to get one,
Also, is there a work around to get the none chip key to work in the ignition.
Thanks

You need a key with a chip. You then program the chip to the car using the master key.
There is no work around to not having a chip. The ign lock system has a sensor to pick up the chips signal.
Look for a locksmith that deals with chipped ign keys.

A dealer new key price of $60-70 is pretty good given some charge a LOT more
