It has new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor, good compression, and theres zero vaccuum leaks vaccuum pressure is 21 pounds at idle and has new fuel filter... car has 160k miles, timing belt done at 68k miles maybe maf sensor??? anybody anybody????...lol

i'd say mini crack somewhere... head, intakes... maybe intermittent fuel supply loss... it's general diagnosis - OLD.
start her up, and give it shots of brake cleaner moving arounf valve cover and head. if it baulks - that's where the problem is.
btw, gosh, forgot the name for the valve.. one that feeds gasses back into intake. oh, PCV can do a lot of damage...
