Default Location of A/F Sensor on 2000 CVamry 4-cyl Calif Emis.?

Can anyone tell me exact location of the air-fuel sensor on a 2000 Camry 4 cyl? I've got P1133, P1135, and P1130 codes so I just picked up a new toyota a/f.

Can these be replaced from topside of engine or do you have to do so from underneath? I understand its somewhere between the engine and firewall.......

Thanks!

Look where the exhaust system comes off the cylinder head and follow the exhaust. This sensor will be the first one you find and should be before any emissions converter.

Got it...I was thrown off as all the related forum Q&A's have indicated its between firewall and back of engine. I have just a 4-cylinder and it doesn't get any easier to replace....its in the very front of the engine and easily accessible from underneath the hood. Took me less than 5 minutes to switch out.

Thanks,

This sensor location is called Bank 1, Sensor 1.

On the V6, (cylinder) Bank 1 is the closest to the firewall. Bank 2 is the closest to the radiator.

On the 4 cylinder there is only one cylinder bank those it is Bank 1.

Sensor 1 is the first sensor located of that bank (1 or 2).
