Default Noise in Dashboard

I have a 2016 Camry LE with 77,000 miles on it. I park it outside overnight. When the temperature is under 30 F, and at no other time, there is a faint buzzing noise in the dashboard. It is not the radio or the heater fan. Everything functions perfectly. This is the same thing that runs on for about 5 minutes after the car is shut down. Any ideas?

Check your owners manual.

Could be the climate fan is running on after shutdown. This could be by design (check owners manual) or a fan control problem.

There were problems in other year cars of climate fan running after shutdown and draining battery. The issue was the fans control system which is more complicated the a typically electric motor having on/off.
