Hi there, I have a '03 Toyota Camry XLE with 175,000 miles on it. After it warms up good there is a click, click, click toward the rear of the engine. A mechanic has called it a vibration that was not interferring with the running of the engine, but it hasn't been up on a rack. Can someone till me what may be causing this. Thank you! it is a four cylinder engine

 

What direction are you calling rear? Firewall side of engine?
