Oil Pan leaking?

Oil Pan leaking?
Hi,
My car has an oil leak. I have to put a quart in about every 2 weeks or so. Looked under the car and appears to be coming from around the sealing of the pan. What should i use to seal the pan back up with? Do i have to take the entire pan off or just put the sealant with it on the car?
Thanks
David M

Place cardboard under the engine to locate the area of the drip then follow up on that area.
Make sure it is the pan and not the rear valve cover, oil pan drain plug gasket or ?
Has happened the oil pan plug drain gasket is the problem but don't over tighten plug. If the gasket is the problem, install a new one.
Try retorquing the pan fasteners.
You can attempt to reseal from the outside. To get any sealant to adhere, the surfaces need to be clean of oil and debris! Could pressure wash then use brake cleaner and paper towels. The cleaner the better!
Run the sealant well beyond the pan leak area, as the oil may just follow behind the sealant to an area where there is no sealant.
Let the sealant cure as per directions before starting engine.
