Passenger lower control arm replacement

Passenger lower control arm replacement
Tried to replace lower control arm on a 2002 Camry SE 6 cylinder.
The bolt behind the trans/engine motor mount was impossible to remove. Bolt was loosened to a point, was able to jiggle loose bolt but was not able to unscrew it, using a 2foot 1/2” drive breaker bar…not able to unscrew it…any idea what could be the problem.
Thanks
Car is from Michigan, salt, snow, rust!

Determine if the nut is a through nut. As in its welded to the chassis and when the bolt is installed the threaded bolt end sticks out of the nut. This exposed portion of the bolt then rusts which can make complete removal a problem.
If this is the problem if possible apply penetrating fluid to the exposed bolt end. Can also apply to the threaded portion of the bolt coming out with the partial bolt removal. Reinstall the bolt to force the fluid into the nut and repeat the process in trying to work the bolt out.
Can also use a combination of transmission fluid and acetone. See internet for details.

I believe my next course of action is to carefully torch cut the control arm away from the bolt to gain a better view of the bolt thread
Thank you for your response!!
