Default plugs soaked in fuel

my 94 camry2.2 wont run.the plugs are soaked in fuel cant figure what it can be any replys will help please thanks.

Are you getting spark at the plugs? If so how weak or strong.

its pretty strong enough where if there wasnt to much fuel it will lite

im going to disconnect the fuel pump today so no more fuel goes in the cyl.then take all the plugs out turn the engine so the gas in there goes then put the plugs back in.then im going to feed the gas by hand just to see if she runs then it will narrow trouble shooting down a big deal then it could be a presure regulator or the ecu.

First I would hold the gas pedal to the floor and see if it will start. That should cut the amount of fuel metered by the ECM. What is the air temperature where you live? Will it not start when cold or hot?

I finnaly got it timming chain replacement did it it jump a couple of teeth thanks for you help anyway bud.
