is it possible to swap a 3sfe for a 3sgte?
i have an 88 camry withstd 5spd,that has lost the engine. is it possible to swap for the 3sgte?

It has been done but you apparently will need another wireing harness and computer. Lots of Google hits, you would not be the first one doing this.

its possible and engine will fit right in. wiring will be the biggest problem as well as the tranny handling the power
