I just found the receipt where my father had the transmission , differential and radiator service in Oct 2003 when the car had 79,000 miles on it. The car has been driven 73,000 miles since those services were done by the local Toyota dealer. The receipt makes no mention of changing the screen and gasket so I'm thinking they probably just did a drain and fill. I don't know if its really necessary to change the screen since this fluid doesn't have that many miles on it. If I just do a drain and fill how many quarts would I need ? Thanks !

Thanks, I've decided I will pick up 3 quarts tomorrow and do a drain and fill. This car has always been well maintained and driven easy so I've decided not to drop the pan this time.Now that I have everything done I think I will drive it to 200,000 and then change all the fluids and belts again.
