quick fix??
1993 camry...
has the rear tailight strip across the back and connected to the trunk hood.
I'm getting water leaks in the trunk when it rains and it appears to be caused by the badly worn rubber stripping on the top of the light strip on the trunk hood. This piece is not sold sperately!
any idea of a quick fix for this problem??

You might be able to build up a dam with some kind of flexible sealant from the hardware store.
The are are liquid "rubber" products that can be applied to build up the worn area.
Have you tried a junk yard to pull an old one or at least the top half. Use sealant to glue the joints together.
The trunk is also know to leak via the vent on the drivers side. Pull the drivers side trunk well floor panel and you should see a plastic vent attached to the side of the chassis.
