Runs rough won't idle
When I rebuild an engine I use the opportunity to send the fuel injectors to a professional testing and cleaning company. Last I used was Witch Hunter. Maybe one or two injectors are not giving good spray pattern. If one cylinder misses try switching injectors to see if that cyl. improves.
I took the car to a local mechanic and he fixed it, he said the exhaust cam was 40 degrees out. I swear I double checked it but those little marks are hard to see. I would suggest to anyone mark the alignment dots with something bright before disassembly. The mech says it purrs like a kitten.

Hey im new to this forum.I have a 1994 camry its a 4 cylender and 1 and 2 cylender are not firing they are getting spark i cleaned out the distributor cap and all four are sparking good it does run but only on 3 and 4 cylender. I was wondering if anyone new what the problem could be the problem its just running rough when i have it running i can pull out the 1 and 2 spark leads and nothing at all changes in the motor if i take out 3 or 4 it stalls.
Use a section of rubber hose as a stethoscope and listen for No 1 and 2 cylinder injector noise. Make sure they are making a clicking noise when the engine is running.
Crank the engine over with the plugs out then check for signs of fuel in the No 1 and 2 cylinder.
Have you checked for compression in these 2 cylinders.
Are the plugs wires connected at the distributor cap in the correct order?
