Default Smell Gas + twitch engine

2002 Toyota Camry 2,4l, 5 speed MT, 260.000km
A have problem with smells gas around car. I tried change vacuum valve 25860-28080 on the Air Hose, because i think that is wrong, he start work about 5 minutes after start engine. And sometimes when I stop and I Tried open fuel tank it boosting odor out. But when I change Vacuum valve for new the situation is still the same. Valve start work after 5 minute and Gas smell still.
And my another problem is, that my engine twitch for a first few minutes, when is engine cold. When I slowly make acceleration about 1.000-3.000 rpm , engine little twitch. After engine is warm everything is allright.

What prompted you to change the vacuum valve?

Try to determine the location of the smell.

Check around gas cap area, where gas filler tube goes into gas tank, charcoal canister mounted in front of the gas tank and in engine compartment.

I always smell any vehicle like that... I guess it's just a wasted gas.
for the twitch engine, Is your vehicle used when you bought it or new? That usually occurs to used cars.

I change it, because I think that it wrong. He start work and make vacuum after 4-5 minutes. I think that this make smells of gas, because it start work late, and I drive car to work 5-10 minutes. And I think that it could be have effect for twitch engine too.
When I try more times open fill cap of gas, sometimes is boosting out, and I think that is it, because Vacuum Valve does not work properly, and do not make vacuum on Gas Tank.
I try check when from smells comes. In catalogue I find that somewhere near charcoal is another Vacuum valve, that in Car is 2 of Vacuum valve for canister(one on Air hose and one near charcoal). Or maybe is wrong the charcoal, but charcoal canister is most expenzive .

About twitch. I spoke yesterday with my friend and he say, that it could be spark plugs. So I try Change it.
I bought this car like used , when it have about 130.000km, now I have 260.000km.
Engine start twitch about 3 mounts ago.
So I like this car is realy trouble-free car, before this first problems. Before this car I have Dodge Neon and it was crazy, cool car but many problems with these car.

Plugs should be good for 100K (US miles) if using owners manual recommended types.
