Default Wife Not Happy with 2008 Camry

Hi we just bought a 2008 Camry this past Friday. We test drove it and it ran well. It hasn't been driven much since Friday. Today my wife drove it around to do some errands and she's unhappy with it. She said it idles high at a stop. I took it out and I noticed it too. We didn't notice it test driving it. I just did some research and there seems to be issues with the 2008 Camry 4 cylinder with high idle.

What are my options? This is a certified used vehicle. Are 2009 better with the idle?

Is this noise or low idle RPM causing a vibration? You put the trans in neutral, the RPM rises and the noise or vibration are better?

What happens when the trans is put into reverse?

Ya, i get the noisy vibration in the car and ya the vibration gets better when put in neutral... Not sure about reverse... I'll try it tonight. Does this sound familiar?
