Default Will ECM Cal TSB help me?

We have an 07 SE 4cyl. It has always been a little hesitant when trying to start off quickly from a stop, e.g. left turn across traffic, and now feels like it is getting worse.

It's getting more annoying so I started to search around on this forum and across the net and found that many others have this same issue and there is a TSB on it. The most recent TSB I can find is TSB-0068-08 (May 08) - ECM Calibration: Enhancement to Shifting Performance & Smoothness.

Does it sound like this TSB will help? Has anyone had this problem and had it resolved via the TSB?

We'll see how it goes. Took it to the dealer today and they agreed there was a hesistation problem, and no codes were present for indicated problems. Service advisor said they just flashed/reset ECM back to factory specs so it can 're-learn' driving. But receipt indicated TSB 0068-08 was performed. Will let you know how it goes.
