Mine need changing. Not only that, the arms (black) are badly peeling. Does anyone sell the entire package of arm-blade cartridge - blade? Or should I just by the cartridge and repaint the arms myself?

Car was just repainted and I'm in the process of spiffing it up.

And help me out with the terminology of these parts.

Toyota appears to call the complete assy of arm, blade and holder the wiper arm.

However most people call the part going from the wiper shaft to the wiper blade holder the arm.

When purchasing wiper blades, one blade manufacturer calls the rubber blade and its holder the wiper blade. The rubber part if it can be purchased separately is called a refill.

Many stores sell the complete wiper blade.

The arm appears to be sold separately, a Google search will find outlets. The arms being a little pricey might paint these and buy new wiper blades.
