Hi I have a 2003 camry . It needs to pass the etest . Code P0446 is the charcoal canister valve . On my 2000 camry the valve and the canister are seperate . But the 2003 they are both together and its 800.00 with labour to change it . Is there any way I could just replace the valve itself maybe with a 2000 valve just to pass the test . Any ideas are wlcome .Thanks Gabe

Suppose you could cut the failed valve off or gut it, then connect the replacement valve somehow.

You can buy an aftermarket canister unit with valves for under $200.
