I own a 2009 Camry (base model). The 12v outlet in the console recently quit working. I've already verified that the fuse is good - at least the one in the panel under the dash. I suspect the problem lies within the fuse in the wiring of the outlet socket. I can order a replacement socket, complete with the necessary wiring but I'm unable to find any instructions online for how to remove the original socket to replace it. Everything that comes up in my online searches talks about where the fuses are or they're for other models that are placed differently. Can anybody guide me to the solution? I'm not afraid of doing it myself when at all possible, especially since I live on a fixed income.
