1997 power window all fail after door repair
got it, the power relay is located on the right side of the driver. I did remove it out to test, put dc power to 86 and 85 pin it gave a click so it works. as far as to measure the dc output when plug it back to the board, that would be an impossible task when the board is not of the car.
Is the board out of the car? If so can you access the harness plug for the board (where the harness plugs into the board)?
If so, find the harness plug terminal on the board that goes to pin 5 of the power relay plug. Then find the same pin on the actual harness plug (wiring harness). Then check for 12V at this pin when ign key on.
Pin 5 terminal of the harness plug goes to the power fuse.
Get an ohm meter. When checking the power relay to determine if it works. Use the ohm meter to determine if there is continuity between the pin 3 and 5 of the relay (the relay switch).
