Default 2001 Camry 4 cylinder

I have just over 60,000 miles. I need to replace the spark plugs and PCV.
I know to gently remove the spark plug wires by the boot and not pull on the wire. Do the 60,000 mile plugs (dual electrode) require gapping? How do I replace the PCV Valve?

The plugs should have the correct gap from the factory.

The PCV valve installs into a grommet on the valve cover. Disconnect the hose running to it and pull it out.
