My car has a factory alarm which is enabled by a small red button on my dash, just left of the steering column. The car had remotes for it but the man selling it lost them over time. I purchased a remote on line that works on the door locks but not the alarm. Is there a source for a factory like remote thet will work with this alarm or do i need to get one from toyota. Thanks for your help

 

Find out what model alarm the car has (look at alarm unit box). There were both factory and Toyota dealer installed alarms. The FOB's may be different.
