Default 2008 Camry Rear tires cupping

Hello to all. New subscriber here. I have a 2008 Camry. The rear tires are cupping on the insides, both sides. Also I get what feeling like a vibration in the rear. Almost like a tire belt slipped or way out of balance. This one is new to me. I Would love some ideas before I dig into it this weekend. I appreciate any help anyone could offer in advance.

Are the tires on the car directional, as in can be installed only in one direction?

Is the cupping uniform around the tire? Any cupping in the center of the tire?

Is the tire pressure correct?

Any excess play/wear in suspension/axle/bearings causing movement or damaged suspension/bent parts.
