I am experiencing rough cold starts, I did manually clean the cold start injector . . .

I am also having trouble with moisture, after my last carwash stalling an sputtering until it ran for a while and then seemed to run fine.

This is a older vehicle I bought and is in extrordinary condition, mechanically as well as visually.

Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appriciated!

A cracked ignition coil can show itself when there is excess moisture, would look at the ignition system.

Does the cold start injector actually turn on when the engine is cold?
