My son has a 99 Camry that Won't start. It Will not turn over, no clicking, nothing. If he waits 15-20 minutes it will start. We have replaced the battery and starter and it's still doing it. It seems like it may be an electrical problem but not sure. It does not happen all the time but enough where it's becoming a pain. Any ideas.. Thanks
