Default back light icon flashing

Hi every body,
I have a toyota camry 98. The back light icon is flashing, I know, when it is flashing that is mean I have to change the bulbs, but all the bulbs working good, the fuse is good as well. The other thing is the airbag icon is flashing as well, the fuse is ok too. Any body please know what the problem is with these two things.
Regards

What does this back light lamp icon look like, thought the taillight out lamp did not blink?

Both tail and brake lights are on the system, check both.

Issues could be a bad electrical contact between the bulb and socket, bad ground wire for the bulb socket wiring. For bulbs having 2 filaments (combo brake and tail), one filament can break off and now touch the other causing problems.

Sometimes all bulbs can still work yet replacing them solves the problem.

If the airbag light is on, the system has a malfunction and has been turned off. The airbag system has a built-in diagnostic system much like the check engine system.

You need to have the airbag computer checked for trouble codes to determine the problem.
