Fuel Pump Relay location 2007 Camry
The ex wife is having trouble with a 2007 Camry. It shuts down shortly after starting. She took it to a mechanic who said that she needs to replace the catalytic converter and quoted about $2600 to replace it. After some research online, I thought it might be the fuel pump relay. I was going to replace it and see whether it would fix the problem but I am not sure which one it is. Could someone please tell me? The fuse/relay box under the bonnet does not list a fuel pump relay. Attached is photo of relay box behind the glove compartment. I thought it might be one of these.

The $2600 is pretty steep even in local currency.
If your handy with tools can install a vacuum gauge on the engine intake manifold to check for a plugged exhaust system. The internet would have video's on how to do this test.
Can find the fuel pump and hot wire it (under rear seat cushion).
