Unfortunately, my son left the driver side window open when it was raining and soaked the carpets on the driver side. I am trying to dry it out and would like to be able to remove the trunk release but can't figure out how. I removed one screw on the left front but can't find anything else to remove. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Suggest asking at the Toyotanation website, Hybrid Camry section.

 

There is 1 screw and 1 tab holding it in, once the screw is out, lift up and out for the tab to release.
