Interior lighting

Hello.
I’ve got a 2015 toyota camry xse & I’m needing to know if the steering wheel controls & the heater/ac controls are supposed to illuminate when the park/headlights are on?

So you’re saying that those areas are supposed to light up? If so, I wonder why mine aren’t?
