Hi All! I'm the proud owner of a 2018 Camry SE. I have an issue with the audio sound, when I adjust the volume above 35 the sound just stop but the music keep playing. I have to restart Entune and the sound is back again. When the volume is under 35 I have no problems. Please,advice.

When I have music playing either from my phone via bluetooth or just from the radio wothout having the phone connected, once I put the volume up above 35 the sound just stop. You can see on the screen that the music keep playing but no sound. Once I restart the Entune, the sound is back.

 

Is there any sound system setup where the sound level can go above 35 and still play?

Does this system have a remote amp?

 

No, no remote amp. Everything is from factory
