I jumped my 2002 Toyota Camry and accidentally flipped the negative and positive and blew the alternator 100 amp fuse. So I went in and replaced the fuse and i restored power. I then jumped my car the correct way and it starts now, the only problem is my check eng light is on and my car won’t go anywhere. Why do I have no rpm or acceleration?
