Default Radiator Blew Out....Why ??

Have a 98 Toy. Camry 2.2L
Radiator cooling fans not working, unless A/C is turned on(just one fan works).
I've been driving like this for six months (Nov-April)
When Unplug the cooling fan switch wire, boths fans work with inginition key in "on" position.
Checked Main relay and cooling fan 1 relay they are ok.
Thermostat replaced two months ago.
Water pump seems to be working properly, because i feel presure on top radiator hose ( i just installed a new radiator) but want to know why my oid radiator exploded.
My cooling fan switch shows continuity cold or hot.( i want to replace this one)
If anyone know or have an idea why a radiator blows out please let me know.
Thanks.
*Bought this car six months ago.
*Temperature gauge shows normal all this time.
Checked oil seems clean (changed a month ago) no water traces

The radiator temp switch should have continuity when the coolant temp is normal and be open when too hot (around 199F). That's why the fans turn on with the switch is unplugged.

Did the radiator blow out, if so which part? The upper and lower tanks are plastic. With age the upper tank can develop hairline cracks that leak. Then one day a crack becomes a "blow out."
