My car has been used 5w20 for long time, in dealer, unti recently, I found it should be 5w30.

There are two options:
1. when next time to change oil, I can talk with dealer to replace by 5w30, after they drain out all existing 5w20, and fill up with 5w30.
2. I can add 1 liter 5w30, just make sure it is below maxiam. But it has risk because 5w20 and 5w30 was mixed.

Just wonder, if option 2 has some problem?

What's you areas highest ambient air temp?

You can mix the oils without a problem.
