I have 2007 4 cly automatic 212000 miles Camry and have a problem with the transmission it shifts real hard. I changed the fluid and I check for codes and do not have any. it seems to be getting worse. Have not checked motor mounts. What is the easy way to check motor mounts?
Any other ideas on what it could be,. Thanks for the help.

 

Rev engine and determine if it has excess movement.
