Hi all, first time posting here.

I've been having a problem with my 2002 Camry XLE for the last year or so where the car makes a loud high-pitched screeching noise when I start the car and have the AC/Heat running. It only happens when I first start the car or when I'm accelerating from a dead stop. Also, it only lasts for 2 or 3 minutes after I start the car and then stops after that.

Last summer I took my car to a Toyota/Lexus specialty mechanic and they diagnosed it as a worn drive belt, and replaced both the main drive belt and the power steering belt. This seemed initially to solve the problem, but then a few months later the noise returned and now happens every time I start my car with the air running. I bought the car used in 2015 with only 88k miles on it (it now has 126) and have not had any major mechanical problems with it.

Any ideas what this might be?
