Steering Wheel HELP!!!

My 99 Camry steering wheel makes like a whining sound when turning corners any suggestions to fix this?

Check your power steering fluid level, sounds like the fluid level could be low.

With the car in park, when you turn the wheel does it make the noise or only when the car is in motion?

It also makes the noise with the car in park

If there is noise when in Park (put E-brake on).

Have someone turn the steering wheel while you listen under the hood to the power steering pump. Use a pipe or hose as stethoscope.
