Tune up

Default Tune up
I have a 2007 Camry SE 4 cylinder with 80,000 miles. When should I have a Tune up. And secondly what does a tune up consist of?

The owners manual has scheduled maintenance.

There not much to tune up. Spark plugs, perhaps intake air filter. There is also a cabin air filter.

Plugs should be good for 100k.
Filters like Toyo suggested would be good.
