There is an issue with 07 intake manifold having a whine to it. From my understanding, it harmless bust a tad annoying. I believe the later models had this issue fixed. I guess there is something that comes loose, a baffle or something.

Dear Sir,

some of mechanic tall me that its a timing chain noise, what you suggest please help,

i would like to mentioned here that two times i cleaned my engine oil pump filter which is inside the oil pan because Low Engine Oil Pressure light appeared. the garbage i found small black color something like broken,

If you have had the engine oil light come on than that is not a good sign. That light only comes on when oil PSI drops below like 5. There could be engine damage due to your clogged oil pump. The timing chain should last the life of the engine and is not likely the issue.
Low oil pressure can cause some of the other engine internals to wear prematurely.I would have the valve train inspected because this is where the oil run out the quickest. Bearings do not luck like low oil pressure.
