WTB: 89 Camry TPS
Like the title says, I need a 89 Camry 4 cyl auto throttle position sensor. compatible models are 88-91 I believe.
Symptoms: car idles high (2000RMP), i put the ecu into "limp home" mode and it idled under a grand.
I checked everything and I had a mechanic friend test the sensor, he said the sensor was bad, it(pin3) should output 0 volts when idle and 12 volts when not idle, and it was solid 12 volts on or off the gas
Any other opinions welcome. And thanks in advance for keeping my ugly, rusty, out-of-date camry running!
