2007 Camry Hybrid Volume Display Not Working
Hello,
I have a 2007 Camry Hybrid. The other day on my way to work the sound randomly just stopped. No, static or fading. Just sound then nothing. I tried to turn it back up but the volume display wouldn't even show up when I turned the **** OR used the steering wheel controls. SO WEIRD! When I left work that day I turned my car on and BAM it worked again. For 5 seconds until it cut out again and the volume display disappeared. EVERYTHING else works on it, just no sound or volume display. My fiance and I tried to self diagnose it, but alas, have failed. Does anyone have any info about this problem that might be helpful? Trying to avoid spending a small fortune to fix it.

hard to say
if everything else is working on the display
could possibly be
led screen damage
a unit internal failure
steering wheel control button issue
looks like it should be removed and tested
or you could try to buy a used unit that suits a 2007 or upgrade to a unit more recent
