Default Installed K&N intake and now theres a rattle at 65+

I have a 2011 toyota camry le. I bought one of K&Ns typhoon intake systems for my car and installed as the directions showed. I made sure evrything was locked down tight but on the highway at 65mph there was a rattle. It comes and goes but sounds really annoying. I first thought it was where the heat shield and the airscoop meet so I took the scoop off but the sound came back. Everything is as tight as I can get it but there still is that rattle sound sometimes. Is it just the heat shield banging against something? Or is it the intake itself?

Four cylinder? The engine may have an air intake valve system, see below. The new system may have caused issues, who knows.

If the new system changed any rubber mounts this might be an issue.

It is a 4 cylinder yes. It seems to run fine though until it hits the road vibrations. then it just rattles. I don't think anything rubber got changed other than the pcv hose.
