2009 Camry Struts leaking, other defects

I have 2009 Toyota Camry SE. At 52,500 miles three STRUTS are leaking.
Since 38,000 miles front seat springs make a lot of noise. Also right door panel makes squeaking noises when driving.

toyota issue a service bulletin for this conditions (strut leakage insp) (springs noise ).
