It seem you need change the whole tire or buy a new one. How old is that tire? by the way it look it can still work properly.

 

What was the outcome with the vehicle above in post?

I also own a Camery('05), several years back (approx2013) I was told there is no adjustment for lining the tires up straight (up-down) tires lay a few degrees and wear on one edge.
The shop that I was in" Slotted the struts" and screwed/locked them in place very tightly.
Now 3-2017 I am back to the same position inside wear on tires that have been regularly rotated and balanced.
:-( new tires? Or flip them?
