What is wrong with my car?!
If anyone has any ideas i'm open for them. And i say thanks in advance.I have a 1997 Camry LE with the 4 banger. When the road curves to the left the car yaws up and down not stable like it was. I've checked the ball joints ,bearings, tie rods. I've replaced the sway bar links, brakes, calipers, both front strut assemblies,(which i did all of them in 2008)rear ones are still from 08 and don't seem to be defective in any way that i could see, i changed the front ones because the drivers side was damaged and the spring was binding. Didn't fix this problem though. But it did fix another issue. The tires are relatively new (little over 1 yr) and i rotated them last week. Sway bar bushings are new in the rear, original in the front i think, but look ok. This problem is driving me nuts and no one seems to know what the problem is.HELP!!
Thanks for the reply Joey, The rims are after market but original size. Both the tires and rims are in good condition. I had 18" rims on it but i live in a city that seems to like potholes and they were destoyed so i went back to the original size etc. The car was not in a wreck since i owned it (4 yrs). And no major accident previous. The car had an alignment when i put these rims and tires on about a year ago and the tires are wearing evenly.Alignment was good till i put the new struts in, Once i get this problem fixed it will get re-aligned. This started happening in the spring, went away during the summer then about 2 weeks ago came back worse than before. The car has 220,000 miles on it and i have kept up with it's needs, which hasn't been much, normal wear and tear stuff.
