You tried both manual and electric interior locks?

If not most likely the electric door lock actuator is broken.

To gain access requires removing the door panel and the door be open.

If lucky an auto locksmith or body shop can use a tool to open the door. If the door can be opened remove the door panel before closing or don't close it until the problem is fixed.

The internet has lots of posts on replacing the actuator.

The power lock actuator may be bad.

To access requires removing the door panel, or perhaps a locksmith or body shop can use a tool open the door.

Hi,.
Look for access holes with either round clear tape or black plugs covering them. Can't remember if your car has either. Otherwise, diligence and patience with a good steady hand.
