I have a 87 Camry that was rear ended and needs a new trunk lid. I ran across a 91 trunk lid, does anyone know if the wiring for the lights will be the same when i go to splice them and if i will run into any other problems.

 

Determine if the lid has backup lights or combo backup and brake lights. Then wire to the cars circuits accordingly.

The car has a light bulb sensor unit on the drivers side of the trunk. Make sure you wire the lights to the correct circuits.
