Question 2014 SE speaker sounds blown, replaced n sounds same

the rear right speaker would pop when the radio turns on, and sounds blown even at low volume. logical thing to do was to upgrade the rear speakers... or so we thought

we replaced it and the new aftermarket speaker sounds exactly the same.
we tried the speaker from the left side on the right side and it sounds just as bad

so.. three speakers sound blown on the right, and all sound perfect when connected to the left.

I have no knowledge about these cars. this car belongs to my friend megan. i'll probably become a regular here assisting her with camry things, but this is my first post
it is a 2014 camry SE, the radio is part of the touch screen unit in the dash, she says it's the base model radio

I would like to know where the speaker wires originate.
is there a diagram somewhere here?
is there a factory amp somewhere where I can check for clear sound?, or should I be looking at the back of the touch screen unit itself?
if this is a known issue (or not) please point me in the right direction.

thank you in advance. -robert

Factory remote amp may be under dash behind radio. The basic radio would not have a remote amp.

Check the cars radio grounds.

For wiring, best advice is to spend $20 for 3 day access to Toyota service manuals at site below:

If possible run left rear speakers to right speaker and determine if this makes a difference.

If the system has an amp there are some work around's see link below:

Guessing the radio amp or remote amp is bad. If a bad consider installing a third party radio/amp as Toyota products tend to have issues and are expensive.
