It's all about Alpine. Plain and simple. All decks come with pre-outs, and as along as you got 3 volts per pre out, you're fine. There's plenty of other ways to make up for a lack of volts on your pre outs, but it's really not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Alpine will you give you the best and most control over your sound system. It will also bring out the best in your system, that's why Alpine authorizes the people they let sell their product. If u go get a deck from someone who is not an authorized dealer, stay away as ur buying some flea market ****.
