06 le brake issue
I installed power stop rotors a pads on front wheels. Wasn’t having any problems but car has 142000. I bought it new. Steering wheel and left to right is good. When I use brake pedal light to medium it’s great, but if I depress pedal a little hard or quick it pulsates. I put on speed bleeders and replaced brake fluid without letting master cylinder get low. I replaced rear drum rotors and shoes at same time. Master cylinder not showing any leaks. ?????t

Given the problem started right after the change assume the suspension is OK.
Is the problem limited to brake pulsation or does the car also have steering wheel shake under hard braking?
If only pulsation it could be too hard of brake pad which amplifies variations in rotor thickness. I always suggest Toyota pads. They cost more but have always been problem free.

Conclusion. I installed Toyota OEM front rotors and pads. The problem was still there. I then installed Toyota OEM rear drums and shoes. Problem completely was solved. Brakes are super smooth. Like brand new for real. So I guess I won’t be buying lesser known cheaper parts. It’s just not worth the trouble. If I do buy aftermarket, I will need to stay with Ac Delco or Dorman,,,, etc.
