It is not a Canada car. I metered socket to socket and had continuity, and had the grounds when I was supposed and the drivers side worked ok unless the passenger side was plugged in.;
I seems like a ground issue because my test light would glow dimly on the high beam circuit. It's looking like a ground problem which is why I was wondering of there was anything else in the ground path beside the headlight switch.This may be a switch problem too. I might get a couple of days with it in the next week or so to investigate further.
