1991 Camry All-Trac LE how do I take out transmission?

1991 Camry All-Trac LE how do I take out transmission?
I have a transmission leak where the engine connects to the transmission, I took it to a shop to initially help me find the leak and they were going to charge me $400 to do it. So I was hoping that Someone here would know how to do this, thanks a lot!
